Kia Ora. My name is Julie Kilham. I am Parking Operations Lead at Tauranga City Council. Previous to this role I was a Parking Officer. My role includes supporting the Team Leader of Regulation Monitoring and co-ordinating and assisting the Parking Team. Although I haven’t long been in the industry, I am passionate about parking. My focus is on operations management, parking technology, Health Safety, and Wellness, and staff training. Tauranga is the 5th largest city in New Zealand, and our parking team is an innovative bunch. My role as a committee member is to be actively involved in the latest issues and new initiatives in the parking world and pass these to our team here at Tauranga City Council so
we can contribute to parking issues nationwide. I look forward to working with and learning from all members of the NZPA. With parking
technology forging forward at a whirlwind speed, there is a lot to learn.
